We are always excited to welcome new patients to our practice! Your first visit with us will be for a comprehensive oral evaluation. This will include a full set of diagnostic X-rays, a review of your health conditions, a diagnosis of any tooth or gum problems, an oral cancer screening, and, of course, getting to know you! Depending on your oral status and complexity, you need to return for additional consultation or dental cleaning. It is very important to us that we don’t rush or cut corners through any steps of your care. Our goal is to develop a treatment plan to help you achieve and maintain a healthy smile that fits your oral health goals. Please know that questions about treatment options are welcomed during your consultation and beyond.
To prepare for your first visit, please be sure that we have received your dental insurance information, if applicable, and all of your completed initial paperwork. Initial paperwork will include your health history form, including a list of current medications and several office consent forms. Some patients are recommended to take antibiotics for certain health conditions before dental work. If this applies to you, please take your antibiotics as prescribed. If you are not sure if you need antibiotics, please get in touch with your physician prior to your visit.
